Sales & Marketing Manager

Job descriptionAnalyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis A bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field. 5-7 years experience in marketing or sales. Experience in management may be advantageous. Good understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure. Ability to speak multiple languages such as English, Local languages, and Knowledge of Turkish or other regional languages would be an asset.
