Summary

The IT Radio Field Service Engineer is responsible for the on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various radio communication systems, associated IT infrastructure, and network equipment at customer locations. This role ensures the optimal performance and reliability of radio networks, including two-way radio, private mobile radio (PMR / DMR), and other wireless communication systems.

Qualifications :

Education : BSC / HND degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience : 3+ years in field service engineering, specifically with radio frequency (RF) communications and IT networking.

Technical Skills :

Strong practical knowledge of Two-Way Radio (PMR / DMR / P25) systems, radio propagation, and RF principles.

Proficiency with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, service monitors).

Soft Skills :

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities,
