Plant Inspection Engineer, Instrument & Automation

Job Summary

We are looking for a Plant Inspection Engineer (Instrument & Automation) to join our team at Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc.

The ideal candidate must be Carry out field inspection (first level & specific inspection) of instrument components & automation gadgets in line with best practices. Coordinate with planning / scheduling to ensure shutdowns are adequately planned with all required spares.

Job Roles (Duties & Responsibilities)

• Apply corrective actions for shutdowns during emergencies
• Control the exposure of instrument equipment contact parts, panels and other automation components to ensure food safety compliance.
• Creating work order for maintenance jobs
• Help in improvement projects
• Monitor and maintain production processes and equipment performance
• Schedule repair and maintenance to reduce downtime during production
• Troubleshoot process issues to maintain equipment performance.
