Role Summary :
This is a high-impact, sales-focused role where you will be the primary driver of new business for our VR-based HSE solutions. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities and generating leads to closing high-value contracts. Your expertise will lie in understanding client safety needs, demonstrating how our VR technology provides a superior solution, and securing commitments. You will be a trusted advisor to clients and a key revenue driver for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Leadership : Develop and execute a sales strategy to position our company as the premier provider of VR safety training solutions in key industries.
- Client Engagement : Proactively identify and engage with HSE managers, operational directors, and training heads to uncover their specific safety training challenges.
- VR Demonstrations : Conduct compelling live demonstrations of our VR training modules, effectively showcasing the immersive benefits and tangible ROI of our solutions.
- Proposal Development : Craft and present detailed, customized proposals that outline project scope, technical requirements, and expected safety outcomes.
- Pipeline Management : Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
Qualifications :
Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of selling technology-based solutions.Industry Knowledge : A strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles, with specific knowledge of the oil and gas, manufacturing, or construction sectors.Technical Acumen : Familiarity with Virtual Reality (VR) technology and its applications. Experience in selling or managing projects involving immersive tech is a significant advantage.Soft Skills : Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH) are a significant plus.This role is for a forward-thinking sales professional who understands that the future of safety is immersive.
