Job description

The SAP Center of Excellence at Dangote Group is looking for motivated professionals with SAP experience Sennior SF Consultant – PMGM / CDSP to join our team of professionals, and work with our SAP Center of Excellence to support our businesses with SAP implementation & support.

Job Description and Requirements

  • Functional Consultant for SAP SF (Certified) to lead and participate in ongoing projects and all support initiatives.
  • Responsible for managing multiple simultaneous SAP projects from conception to completion. Requirements gathering and scope definition together with various business stakeholders.
  • This role must work independently while gathering requirements, performing functional testing, customizing / configuring, creating documentation, and conducting end-user training with the SAP Core team / Super users.

Collect & analyze HR requirements on the following :

  • Business processes and parameters,
  • Assist in the mapping of master and transaction,
  • Determining reporting requirements Standard / Customized SAP Reports,
  • Determine, evaluate, and build reporting solutions.
  • Design, develop, and manage Roles and Permissions.
  • Ensuring adherence to process standards and reviewing project deliverables

    • Requirements

    SF PMGM :

  • Knowledge of PMGM, Calibration, and Reporting.
  • Configuration and design new FORMS and templates.
  • Knowledge of 360 reviews
  • EC-PMGM Integration
  • XML configuration
  • Custom route map
  • Roles and Permission
  • Cross module integration
  • HRIS Synch

    • SF CD&SP :

  • Worked on position management
  • Able to design 9-box matrix
  • Must know about Talent pool
  • Experience to design talent card
  • Able to create CDSP reports.
  • Must know how to create a career development template.

    • Data Migration / Data Validation :

  • Able to migrate data for employee and foundation objects across the SuccessFactors module.
  • Able to manage system data replication monitor -Able to manage goals and objective data upload

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience with relevant SAP modules working as a consultant.
  • Experience in business application system development methodology and business process re-engineering.
  • Minimum 4-5 end-to-end SF implementations and hands-on experience in SAP SF support / AMC projects.
  • Should have SF Certifications.
