This role goes beyond traditional PA duties — we need someone dynamic, detail-oriented, and hands-on, who can confidently manage operations both in-store and on-site at events. Key Responsibilities
- Be the CEO’s go-to support during event planning and execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and track all deliverables to and from event locations.
- Supervise event staff, ensuring everyone is aligned with the event vision.
- Oversee behind-the-scenes video and photo content during events.
- Collaborate with the in-house content creator to generate engaging marketing visuals.
- Manage daily operations at the party shop, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Handle inventory tracking and returns post-events, with proper documentation.
Requirements
