Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an HR / Crewing Officer, located in Lekki.
  • The HR / Crewing Officer will be responsible for managing crews, coordinating crewing activities, and overseeing operations management.
  • Daily tasks include organizing and maintaining crew schedules, handling crew-related communications, and supporting the overall ship management operations.
  • The HR / Crewing Officer will also ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Managing Crews and Crewing skills
  • Operations Management and Ship Management skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the offshore Oil and Gas, Marine industry is a plus
