Job description

7+ yrs experience (3+ in senior mgmt). Proven in food safety, QSR / FMCG QA systems & building high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead quality strategy, policy, and compliance across all outlets and production units.
  • Build and manage a high-performing QA & Production team, driving our “ENRICH” culture.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, NAFDAC) and implement robust quality management systems.
  • Partner with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to uphold brand consistency, reduce risk, and improve product performance.
  • Act as the company’s quality ambassador, providing executive insight and actionable recommendations to leadership.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 7 years in Quality Assurance in food / QSR / FMCG, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Proven track record of building and leading QA teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, audits, and food safety certifications.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Demonstrable business acumen and ability to connect KPIs to overall business objectives
