The SAP Quality Review Lead to oversee the quality assurance and review processes for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, quality management, and project delivery. This role involves leading a team of quality analysts, ensuring compliance with best practices, and delivering high-quality SAP solutions that meet business requirements. The SAP Quality Review Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Quality Assurance Leadership :
o Lead and manage the SAP quality review team to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions.
o Define and implement quality assurance processes, standards, and methodologies for SAP projects.
2. Quality Review and Testing :
o Oversee the planning, execution, and documentation of SAP project quality reviews and testing activities.
o Conduct reviews of SAP functional and technical designs, configurations, and custom developments.
o Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
3. Risk and Issue Management :
o Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to SAP project delivery.
o Track and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
o Provide regular status updates on quality metrics, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.
4. Process Improvement :
o Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes and tools.
o Implement best practices for SAP quality management and testing.
o Promote a quality and continuous improvement culture within the team and organization.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration :
o Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
o Facilitate workshops and meetings to review quality deliverables and obtain stakeholder signoffs.
o Act as a trusted advisor to project managers and business leaders on quality-related matters.
o The QA Lead shall act as the Audit Liaison between the CoE and the Audit Function (Internal & External)
6. Team Development :
o Mentor and coach team members on quality assurance best practices and SAP expertise.
o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
o Identify training needs and support professional development opportunities.
7. Reporting and Documentation :
o Prepare and present quality assurance reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior management.
o Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes, test cases, and results.
o Ensure audit readiness and support internal and external audits as needed.
Requirements
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master's degree is preferred.
