Job Summary

TheMarketing Executivewill be responsible for promoting the company's property offerings, identifying prospective clients, and closing sales.

The role requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Job Description

Source new clients through networking, referrals, and field marketing.

Promote and sell properties to individuals, investors, and corporate clients.

Conduct site inspections and property tours with potential buyers.

Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.

Build long-term client relationships through excellent service delivery.

Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
