Job Summary

As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Officer to expand our market presence.

Key Responsiblities

Identify and explore new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue

Develop strategies to attract and secure new clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers

Travel extensively to meet clients, visit project sites and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and networking events

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs and competitor activities and recommend actionable insights

Maintain accurate records of sales activites and provide reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 1-3 years work experience.

Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills

Self motivated and results oriented, with passion for achieving targets.

Willingness to travel

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
