Job Summary

  • Develop strategies to generate leads
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with prospects and customers
  • Analyse prospects and customers financials and make lending decisions.
  • Attend sales meetings as required.
  • Address customers' queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers on fund utilization.
  • Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all sales and after-sales activities.
  • Follow up on loan repayment in accordance with repayment schedule.

    • Requirements

  • OND / NCE / HND / BSc in Business / Finance / Marketing or a related field.
  • 1 - 5 years experience in a similar role in a lending company or Microfinance Bank in Lagos.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Smart and articulate.
  • Good team spirit.

  • Monthly Salary : Above industry average (N120,000 - N200,000) depending on qualification, experience and track records.
