JOB DESCRIPTION

Attending calls of the customers on phone.
Making follow up calls to the customers.
Manage Customer leads.
Coordinate with the customer service team.
Coordinate with the digital media team.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor degree, HND, ND or its equivalent.

3-5 years working experience in Customer Service.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication skills

Strong understanding of the customer psychology.

MS Office is a must

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (BUT NOT MANDATORY)

Previous experience in healthcare will be an added advantage.
