You will be responsible for :

Assist the head of production in managing speakers and ensuring that they have up-to-date information about the event

Invite, follow up with speakers at international level

Assign speakers to topics on the agenda

speaks fluent English and possess good communication skills

Ready to learn, research, get up-to.date information about various topics.

Tracking post event feedback to measure effectiveness against event goals.

The Profile

You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Event Production / Event Management within Professional Services industry.

You have prior experience in working with multiple vendors.

You are a strong planner with excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Experience within would be a strong advantage.

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
