They are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager with a specialized background in civil engineering for infrastructure projects (Roads Bridges, Highways). The successful candidate will lead and oversee multiple infrastructure sites, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution while meeting budgetary and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership : Manage multiple infrastructure project sites from planning to delivery, ensuring all project objectives are achieved.
• Site Management : Develop site project plans, assign tasks effectively, lead site teams, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget requirements.
• Team Collaboration : Coordinate with project management teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain seamless operations.
• Quality Control : Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and client specifications.
• Budget & Schedule Oversight : Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Performance Management : Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across projects.
• Reporting : Provide detailed progress updates and reports to senior management and clients.
