They are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Construction Manager with a specialized background in civil engineering for infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will lead and oversee multiple infrastructure sites, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution while meeting budgetary and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Manage multiple infrastructure project sites from planning to delivery, ensuring all project objectives are achieved.
- Planning & Coordination : Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Team Collaboration : Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain seamless operations.
- Quality Control : Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and client specifications.
- Budget & Schedule Oversight : Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Performance Management : Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across projects.
- Reporting : Provide detailed progress updates and reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory), Masters degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.Relevant training certificates in project management or construction are an asset .Skills & Competencies :
Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.Expertise in planning and managing infrastructure projects.Proficiency in construction management tools and software.Strong understanding of infrastructure-specific safety standards and regulatory compliance.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
