Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and hands-on Farm Manager to

lead and oversee all aspects of our poultry and feed mill operations. The ideal

candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of livestock management

(including parent stock and commercial birds), feed formulation, team leadership,

and regulatory compliance. A veterinary background or strong experience in

veterinary services will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Develop and execute farm-wide strategic and operational plans to optimize
• production and profitability.
• Lead day-to-day management of all poultry and feed mill activities, ensuring

adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
