Job descriptionDiploma / Bachelors in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field. 3-5 years experience in a commercial hatchery. Knowledge of automated incubation systems (e.g., Petersime, Jamesway, ChickMaster). Strong grasp of hatchery hygiene and chick handling. Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Salary : 180,000- 200,000
About the Role
Our Client is expanding its poultry operations and seeking a Hatchery Supervisor to support the Hatchery Manager in delivering excellent hatchery performance and high-quality day-old chicks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hatchery operations : egg setting, candling, transfer, hatching, and chick dispatch.
- Operate and monitor automated incubators / hatchers, reporting issues.
- Enforce hygiene and biosecurity standards.
- Train and supervise hatchery staff.
- Keep accurate hatchery records and monitor chick quality.
- Assist with planning, reporting, and smooth chick deliveries.
