Job Description
Gamma Mobility is seeking to hire a HRBP Talent Acquisition to focus on aligning recruitment strategy with business needs, workforce planning, developing hiring strategy, talent forecasting, and partnership with business leaders and long-term talent goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Gamma’s talent strategy by ensuring we attract, engage, and retain high-performing individuals in line with company culture and diversity goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning
Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower needs in line with operational and expansion goals.
Translate workforce plans into effective recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.
Provide insights on talent market trends and competitive compensation positioning.
2. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates locally and regionally.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring roles and future business needs.
Leverage technology (ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, etc.) to streamline recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Prepare and issue offer letters and manage offer acceptance or decline
3. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to departmental heads on all talent-related issues.
Collaborate closely with managers to define role requirements, competencies, and hiring criteria.
Conduct recruitment briefings and debriefings with hiring managers to align expectations and ensure consistent evaluation standards.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Champion the company’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent within the mobility and fintech ecosystem.
Ensure a seamless candidate journey—from application to onboarding.
Drive employee referral initiatives and social media presence for recruitment visibility.
5. Talent Analytics & Reporting
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Use data to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring efficiency, and advise management on hiring trends.
6. Onboarding & Retention Support
Oversee the transition of selected candidates to onboarding in partnership with HR Operations.
Support retention initiatives by analyzing early attrition and recommending preventive actions.
Provide feedback loops between recruitment outcomes and business performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Zoho, SeamlessHR, or similar HRIS tools).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with minimal supervision.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for connecting people to purpose.
