Machine operator

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and skilled Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates should have an OND qualification and prior experience operating mid-scale machines in a factory setting. You will be responsible for running, monitoring, and maintaining machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate, monitor, and adjust mid-scale production machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine machine checks and report any malfunctions or abnormalities.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Qualifications & Requirements :

OND

Minimum of 2 years experience in a factory / production environment.

Hands-on experience operating mid-scale production machines.

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
