We're currently partnering with leading construction management firm based in Lagos, Nigeria, specializing in infrastructure development, engineering and construction services, as well as design and building.

They are currently looking for a Chief Engineer / Director of Operations.

Job Summary :

Oversee and manage all civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain project management processes, standards, and best practices.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial accountability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all projects.
• Maintain detailed project documentation.
• Act as the main liaison with clients, engineers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Track key operational metrics to ensure efficient project execution.
