Job Summary :

A recruitment agency is seeking proactive and result-driven Freelance Marketers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for sourcing new clients, promoting the agency’s recruitment services, and closing business deals. This role is strictly commission-based you earn when you deliver results and does not require daily office attendance.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and approach potential clients or companies in need of recruitment services.

Promote the company’s recruitment solutions and service offerings.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.

Meet agreed sales and conversion targets to qualify for commission payouts.

Follow up with prospects and ensure successful client onboarding.

Maintain a record of leads, prospects, and closed deals.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements :

Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven personality.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Access to a smartphone, laptop, and internet connection.

Earnings :

Attractive commission on every closed deal.

Higher commission tiers for marketers who consistently meet or exceed targets.
