Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and scaling our sales operations to meet ambitious targets.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.Analyse sales metrics and KPIs to optimise sales performance and forecasting.Manage the sales budget and resources efficiently.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Masters in business, Marketing, or related field.7-10 years proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the wine and beverage industry.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.Must reside in the South region.Candidate should know how to drive and own a car.
