SAP Integration Lead

Integration Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and management of integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP integration tools, middleware, and best practices, with a focus on ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. This role involves leading a team of integration specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the strategic direction of integration initiatives to support business objectives. The SAP Integration Lead will play a critical role in enabling end-to-end business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Integration Strategy and Leadership :

o Define and implement the organization’s SAP integration strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.

o Lead and manage the SAP integration team, ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions.

o Align integration initiatives with business goals and IT architecture standards.

2. Integration Design and Implementation :

o Oversee the design, development, and implementation of SAP integration solutions using middleware tools (e.g., SAP PI / PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).

o Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules (e.g., FI / CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM / SF)

o Manage integration scenarios such as A2A (Application-to-Application), B2B (Business-to-Business), and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

3. Technical Expertise :

o Utilize SAP integration tools and technologies to develop and maintain integration flows, mappings, and interfaces.

o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration systems.

o Stay updated on the latest SAP integration trends, tools, and best practices.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration :

o Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions.

o Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on integration processes and tools.

o Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of integration strategies with business goals.

5. Project Management :

o Lead end-to-end integration projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.

o Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for integration initiatives.

6. Data Governance and Quality :

o Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems.

o Monitor and improve data quality through regular audits and validation activities.

o Resolve data-related issues and provide root cause analysis.

7. Continuous Improvement :

o Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the integration landscape.

o Recommend and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

o Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education :

o Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

o SAP integration certification (e.g., SAP PI / PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration) is highly desirable.

o Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP integration, with a focus on leading integration initiatives.

o Proven experience in implementing and managing SAP integration solutions in large-scale organizations.

o Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI / CO, SD, MM, HCM / SF) and their integration points.

o Proficiency in SAP integration tools (e.g., SAP PI / PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).

o Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA and its implications for integration.

o Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and API management.

o Excellent leadership and team management skills.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
