Job descriptionSource, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms for goods and services. Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and service providers. Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost savings while maintaining quality standards. Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to align procurement needs with business goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement standards. Conduct periodic market research and supplier performance evaluations. Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 4 - 6 years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or FMCG. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Solid knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and market dynamics. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement / ERP software. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Salary : N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
