Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supervisor for the Recruitment Department to lead our healthcare staffing recruitment team. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that qualified caregivers and healthcare professionals are hired promptly to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Supervise the recruitment team, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and workflow oversight.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for caregivers and healthcare professionals across multiple regions.

Set and monitor departmental KPIs, ensuring recruitment timelines and quality benchmarks are met.

Collaborate with other supervisors to align hiring needs with operational demand.

Oversee applicant tracking, onboarding coordination, and compliance verification.

Implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.

Identify process improvements to enhance candidate experience and team efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in healthcare staffing or recruitment leadership.

Proven track record of supervising or managing a recruiting team.

Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and healthcare credentialing.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
