About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and presentable demeanor, and a passion for identifying top talent.
As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various roles and departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Present candidates in a polished and professional manner that reflects the company's standards.
