IT Support Officer

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience providing IT support within a banking environment.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must not be more than 30-35 years of age.

Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and teamwork.
