Job description

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant who can drive to support our daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the office is clean before resumptio time.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in organizing meetings andmaintaining office supplies
  • Run office errands, including mail delivery, document dispatch, and procurement of supplies.
  • Provide general support to staff and management as needed

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and administrative systems.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions carefully.
  • Working on Saturday is a MUST.
