- You have with a track record in sales, fundraising, or business development within the power or infrastructure industries.

Your Responsibilities…
You will build and manage an efficient procurement and supply chain for EVs, batteries, and battery swap / charging stations (BSS) — from manufacturing to deployment in Africa.You will establish robust processes for siting and deploying charging stations.You will onboard and manage power providers through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).Growth & Partnerships
You will shape and execute growth strategies for both rural and urban EV deployments.You will develop partnerships with public and private sector customers for EV sales and rentals.You will secure collaborations with mini-grid operators, renewable energy providers, EV and battery manufacturers, and power generation / distribution companies.You will partner with marketing to amplify the company's visibility and thought leadership through campaigns and content.Financing & Funding
You will identify, secure, and manage funding opportunities, donors, financing partners, and investors.You will collaborate with the organisation's leadership team to close funding opportunities and scale infrastructure deployment.Performance & Strategy
You will deploy scalable processes for infrastructure operations.You will develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate the organisation's success and continuously improve performance.You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product, marketing, and distribution strategies.You will oversee surveys, opinion polls, and data collection to understand customer and industry trends.You will make objective, data-driven decisions to support sustainable growth.Team Leadership

Successfully closing key funding opportunities and securing PPAs necessary to fund and power the deployment of EVs and BSS.Establishing an efficient, resilient supply chain that minimizes delays and reduces costs for battery and charging station components.Building a high-performing team, evidenced by achieving a high team retention and a clear track record of developing emerging leaders.Consistently hitting deployment KPIs for BSS siting and commissioning across target West African markets.Providing objective, data-driven reports that lead to the successful refinement of at least two core product or distribution strategies annually.To be considered for this role you should have…
