Job role : Sales Executive

Salary : 120,000 (Gross) + Commission (50,000-150,000) + HMO
Our client, a growing FinTech company, is looking to hire Sales Executives to help expand their customer base and grow their presence.
An ideal candidate is a self-motivated, persuasive communicator with a strong interest in financial technology, capable of driving sales, identifying market opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients in the digital finance space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to target high-value individuals and businesses
- Prospect for new clients and onboard high-net-worth individuals
- Onboard new clients and manage existing relationships.
- Work with internal teams to improve financial offerings and ensure compliance.
- Meet sales targets and share regular performance reports.
- Attend events and client meetings to generate quality leads.
Requirements :
OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tech or related field.1–2 years’ experience in banking or financial product sales.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.Proven ability to engage and convert high-profile clients.Basic knowledge of savings and treasury operations.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in strategy.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
