We're hiring a Vessel Warranty & Support Manager on behalf of our client — a global leader in shipbuilding. This role is based in Nigeria , and we're specifically seeking a European passport holder , either already residing in Nigeria or willing to move. In this position, you'll act as the key liaison between clients and shipyard teams in France, ensuring technical support, warranty coordination, and customer satisfaction are delivered at the highest standards.

🔧 Your Role

• As the face of post-delivery support in Nigeria, you'll be responsible for :
• Warranty Management
• Serving as the primary contact for customers during the warranty period
• Overseeing diagnostics, repairs, and onboard technical interventions
• Reporting to both clients and the Operations Manager in France
• Ensuring traceability of feedback and resolution of technical issues
