Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement retail strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and coach retail managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock levels to minimize losses and optimize sales.
