Job Summary :
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the supermarket, ensuring smooth store performance, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock.
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of set targets.
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare and present regular performance and sales reports to management.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail supermarket.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Excellent understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory control.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
