About the Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring fiscal sustainability, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. In a digital banking environment, the CFO plays a critical role in driving financial innovation, managing fintech-related risks, and supporting the organization’s growth objectives while maintaining sound financial governance.

Requirements
BSc in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or a related field.
