Production Officer

Job Description

Our client is an investment holding company that seeks to add value to Life. They operate across the Life science research and development, Food processing, manufacturing and Real-estate segments. Due Expansion they are in need of a PRODUCTION OFFICER.

Location – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily production activities to meet set targets.
• Supervise production line workers, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency, product consistency, and minimal waste.
• Ensure that machinery and equipment are operated correctly and safely.
• Enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols across the production floor.
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards.
• Assist in quality checks of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Document and report deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs, wastage reports, and downtime analysis.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready for internal and external inspections
