The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth across digital channels. The role ensures effective execution of marketing strategies, optimization of online platforms, and continuous improvement of digital performance.

Responsiblities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Manage and update the company’s website, online store, and digital platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, product listings, and campaigns) across digital channels.
- Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Execute and monitor online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) and optimize performance.
- Optimize product listings and website content for search engines (SEO) and online marketplaces.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement tools.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).
- Support product launches, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Manage customer inquiries from digital channels (website, email, social media) and ensure timely responses
- Integrated Marketing Support
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, production) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Support the execution of campaigns across digital platforms to drive product visibility and sales.
- Assist in improving customer acquisition and retention strategies through digital channels.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of marketing activities and performance.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years relevant experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Strong knowledge of:
- Digital marketing tools and platforms
- Social media management
- SEO and online advertising
- Content creation and campaign management
Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Social media and analytics tools
