Digital Content Experience Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Content Experience Consultant to join our team. This role is designed for an innovative thinker with strong visual design capability and a passion for crafting compelling digital learning experiences. You will support the development of interactive course content, multimedia assets, and digital learning resources that drive engagement and elevate learner experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate instructional concepts into visually engaging formats, and bring ideas to life through exceptional design execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance digital learning content using Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools.
• Create visually appealing course layouts, graphics, illustrations, and template designs.
• Work with subject matter experts to convert concepts into interactive e-learning experiences.
• Produce multimedia assets including animations, motion graphics, and interactive design elements.
• Support end-to-end digital content development and ensure alignment with learning objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and creative methods to enhance digital learning delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Articulate 360 or similar authoring software.
• Strong creative and visual communication skills supported by a solid portfolio.
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other equivalent design tools.
• Experience developing illustrations, animations, motion graphics, and course content (using tools such as Articulate Rise, Elucidat, Powtoon, Adobe Captivate, After Effects, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
