Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Bank Teller who will be responsible for processing transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to handle cash responsibly, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.

Provide information about bank products and services to customers while identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional services.

Maintain cash drawer accuracy by balancing cash at the beginning and end of each shift.

Assist customers with account inquiries, resolving issues promptly while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Uphold security protocols by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity or fraud attempts.

Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals related to sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

BSc (not less than 2 : 2) / HND (not less than upper credit)

Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.

Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
