Job descriptionAct as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy for all digital marketing channels Manage digital assets of Digital Marketing channel Create a tailored digital marketing strategy, content marketing and social media strategy. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Plan and manage BOI’s social media platforms incl. content creation, responding, daily management and engagement Oversee and manage digital campaigns Develop and monitor campaign budgets Apply best practices to BOI accounts as well as sharing them with team members as needed Use Google Analytics to track the impact of SEO, content marketing and social media etc. Design and manage email marketing campaigns incl. content creation, list management, Set up and optimise Google Ads and Social Media Advertising Manage and optimise chatbot Collate and report on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity Passionate about digital marketing, strategy and campaign design with deep subject matter expertise in Content Creation, Social Media Management & Marketing, Digital Media Buying, Email Marketing, SEO, SEM, Minimum of 2 years digital marketing experience Demonstrated experience in creating cutting edge digital marketing strategies & campaign, budgets, content calendars and digital marketing collateral, Must possess strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
