Head of Human Resources

Job Description :

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field. Master's degree preferred.

2. At least 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a

leadership role.

3. Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.

4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and

motivate teams.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build

strong relationships with managers and employees at all levels.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make datadriven

decisions.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

8. Experience in the retail industry preferred.
