JOB SUMMARY

The District Manager's mission is to plan the sales, to manage local sales team and to coordinate the good sales execution for Nigeria & Ghana and support sales activities. The District Manager will also play a critical role in driving ambitious growth by identifying and creating new opportunities true Distributors, Resellers & End users

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop sales strategies to ensure attainment of sales targets

Team management in Nigeria & Ghana (performance, KPI...)

Leading the sales team to achieve the overall sales targets

Initiate and coordinate development of sales plans for existing and new customers

Market survey and collecting information

Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding performance

Follow up with distributor on due payment

Accelerate brand penetration at end user levels

Complete other ad hoc duties as required.
