Job Summary

  • We are looking for a reliable Bank Teller who will be responsible for processing transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to handle cash responsibly, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide information about bank products and services to customers while identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional services.
  • Maintain cash drawer accuracy by balancing cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, resolving issues promptly while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
  • Uphold security protocols by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity or fraud attempts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals related to sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BSc (not less than 2 : 2) / HND (not less than upper credit)
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
