Job Purpose
Provide 24 / 7 real-time monitoring and first-line support for DOCSIS-based HFC broadband networks across Nigeria, utilizing Zabbix for infrastructure health and a custom telecom CRM for fault correlation and ticketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Zabbix-Driven Network Surveillance :
2. Incident Detection & Triage : Document faults in the CRM, escalating significant issues to L2 or field teams within 5 minutes.
3. Customer Impact Mapping : Identify premium customers affected by alerts and send automated notifications during maintenance.

5. Reporting & Shift Handover :
Generate daily reports on network performance and update shift logs in the CRM.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. BSc / HND in Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical / Electronics.
2. Certifications (preferred) : SCTE-BPI DOCSIS Fundamentals, Zabbix Certified Specialist (ZCS), CCNA.
3. Minimum 1–3 years in GSM or ISP NOC; telecom internships accepted for fresh graduates.
4. Knowledge of DOCSIS 3.1 metrics, Zabbix, HFC plant operations, and CRM integration.
5. Soft Skills : Fluent in English; basic local language proficiency is a plus
