Job description

Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and candidates.
  • Schedule and confirm candidate interviews, meetings, and assessments.
  • Prepare and maintain candidate files, resumes, and recruitment records.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards, social media, and the company website.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and required documentation.
  • Maintain office supplies, organize filing systems, and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Draft, format, and review reports, presentations, and recruitment documents.
  • Manage calendars, arrange travel logistics, and handle expense reporting for recruitment staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality agreements, and data protection standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (recruitment industry experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR / recruitment software (ATS / CRM) is desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
