Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers.
Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and candidates.
Schedule and confirm candidate interviews, meetings, and assessments.
Prepare and maintain candidate files, resumes, and recruitment records.
Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards, social media, and the company website.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and required documentation.
Maintain office supplies, organize filing systems, and ensure smooth office operations.
Draft, format, and review reports, presentations, and recruitment documents.
Manage calendars, arrange travel logistics, and handle expense reporting for recruitment staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality agreements, and data protection standards.
Qualifications & Skills
OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (recruitment industry experience is an added advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR / recruitment software (ATS / CRM) is desirable.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
