Attend to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, calls, email, and in-office.
Assist customers with giftcard trading and other Jtechtrade services.
Provide correct information about rates, procedures, and operational updates.
Confirm payments, follow up on pending transactions, and ensure timely resolutions.
Record and document all customer interactions using the company’s reporting systems.
Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary (Finance, Operations, Compliance).
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions.
Maintain a high level of courtesy, professionalism, and brand representation at all times.
Communicate updates or changes in operations to customers clearly.
