Plant Engineer

Title of Post : Plant Engineer

Location : Lagos, Port Harcourt

Key Areas of Responsibility :

• Achieve SHEQ objectives
• Ensure the Production plant is operated safely and effectively to achieve production  targets.
• Monitor all functioning facilities to ensure they are working within the manufacturers  allowable limits.
• Monitor and adjust accordingly all production parameters.
• Provide logs of these parameters on an hourly basis.
• Identify and report any deviations or errors noticed on the machinery.
• Participate in the maintenance of the plant as at when required.
• Provide a report of the production carried out during his / her shift.
• Participate in major maintenance planning by providing leadership in deciding  instrumentation / mechanical and electrical scopes, based on up-to-date condition  information, best practice, and performance history of instrumentation / mechanical and  electrical equipment and systems.
• Ensure that all maintenance work in scope is recorded As found and As Left using the  SAP PM system.
