Role Mission
Own product analytics and health insight generation at Platos.
This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and health intelligence , translating complex, multi-source health data into insights that inform product decisions, support health outcomes reporting, and enable teams across the organisation with reliable, self-serve analytics.
Core Responsibilities
1. Product Analytics & Insights (Primary Responsibility)
Own product dashboards covering activation, engagement, retention, and feature usage.
Conduct behavioural analyses across the Platos app, including cohort, funnel, and segmentation analysis.
Define and maintain core product metrics and KPI definitions.
Produce regular (monthly and quarterly) product insight reports that inform product decisions, experiments, and prioritisation.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across user behaviour, signals, and outcomes.
Partner with Engineering to define event tracking specifications and ensure product metrics are measured consistently and correctly.
2. AI-Generated Insight Review & Quality Control
Review and evaluate AI-generated user-facing insights and summaries for accuracy, clarity, and safety.
Maintain structured test cases and examples to validate insight quality.
Flag incorrect, misleading, or potentially unsafe outputs.
Work with engineering and product teams to improve insight logic, prompts, and rule-based checks.
3. Commercial & Operations Dashboard Enablement
Build and maintain dashboards for sales, onboarding, and go-to-market performance.
Partner with Marketing to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and GTM effectiveness
Ensure dashboards are intuitive, clearly documented, and usable without analyst support.
Standardise metrics and dashboard structures across teams and markets.
Support deeper analysis only when clearly scoped and requested.
4. Data Cleaning, Structuring & Quality
Clean, structure, and prepare data from app events, devices, labs, CRM, and pilot markets.
Maintain the data dictionary and metric definitions.
Implement basic data quality checks (completeness, consistency, accuracy).
Document data sources, transformations, and assumptions to ensure clarity and reuse.
5. Health Outcomes Reporting
Execute periodic health outcomes analyses (e.g. trends in body composition, blood pressure, or related indicators).
Prepare structured outcomes reports in collaboration with Platos’ Scientific Advisory Board.
Support interpretation of outcomes data by providing clear summaries, charts, and context.
Ensure outcomes reporting is consistent, reproducible, and evidence-aligned.
6. Pilot Market & Expansion Support
Support data setup and validation for new pilot markets.
Apply standard KPIs and dashboards across markets to ensure comparability.
Identify data gaps or integrity issues during pilot roll-outs and escalate early.
7. Data Governance & Compliance Support
Requirements
Strong analytical skills (SQL + Python or similar).
Experience building dashboards (Spreadsheets, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
Experience working with web and product analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Heap, or equivalent).
Comfort working with real-world, imperfect data.
Ability to work independently on defined problem spaces.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Interest in health, behaviour, or data-driven products.
Nice to Have
Exposure to health, wellness, or outcomes-related data.
Familiarity with data privacy or security concepts.
Experience reviewing or validating AI-generated content.
