Our client is a top player dealing with air conditioning refrigerants; fluorinated gases used in room air conditioners or car air conditioners. They are looking to to hire a senior business development manager with minimum of (10) ten years experience within the HVAC industry.
Job Description :
- Establish the basis of the HVAC related business by working with the company in Nigeria.
- Lead the selection of corporate office and warehouse processes.
- Manage critical finance functions on behalf of the company and other critical business functions.
- Roll out top of the Sales / Marketing strategies in order to grow the business towards the company target level.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Educational Qualification :
College graduate preferably with finance or chemistry backgroundWork experience :
Have experience in the HVAC industry value chain.Have known the industry people in Nigeria and outside the country.Have strong negotiation skills in selling.Have enough knowledge of trading (Import / Export) and know the professionals to handle the transactions.Communication skills :
Good enough English verbal and writing skills to be able to communicate clearly.Must have Emails / Excel skills.
