Job Description / Responsibilities
Document Management : Develop, implement, and maintain document management systems, policies, and procedures.Record Keeping : Ensure accurate, complete, and secure storage of physical and electronic records.Compliance : Verify compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.Documentation Control : Control and track document revisions, approvals, and distribution.Information Retrieval : Provide timely and accurate information to authorized personnel.Educational / Professional Qualification
Bachelor's Degree : In a related field, such as Business Administration, Information Management, or Library Science.Relevant Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in document management, records management, or a related field.Certified Records Manager (CRM) : Offered by the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM).Certified Document Imaging Administrator (CDIA) : Offered by the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM).Skills :
Analytical and Organizational Skills : Ability to categorize, prioritize, and maintain complex documentation systems.Attention to Detail : Ensure accuracy and precision in document management and record keeping.Communication Skills : Effective communication with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external parties.Technical Skills : Proficiency in document management software, electronic record-keeping systems, and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements : Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
